By accessing and using allpdf4tools, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property

You may use our free online PDF tools for personal, academic, and commercial document processing. You retain full, unqualified copyright and ownership of any documents you process with our utilities. The software scripts, design elements, logo, and website interface remain the exclusive intellectual property of allpdf4tools.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or interfere with client-side script delivery.
• Automate excessive requests via scrapers, bots, or distributed crawlers intended to disrupt hosting stability.
• Use our utilities in violation of any applicable local, national, or international regulations.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While our code uses tested, standards-compliant parsing engines, we do not warrant that document conversion will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly preserve proprietary fonts and complex vector layers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall allpdf4tools or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our tools.
